PST We know the public library offers community yoga at 6 PM, but we've heard it’s been filling up quickly. If you’re turned away from the library’s class, our doors are just a short 30-minute window away. If we still have spots, you’re welcome to join us.

6/3 - Tuesday Tension Release | Free Your Fascia

6:30-8:15 PM | Free Your Fascia is a self-massage session. Rolling out stuck tension is easier in community. Like Luda says: ROLL OUT.
